What’s included in my membership?

New packs are added throughout the year and are included in your membership at no extra cost.

How do I access the resources after joining?

Once you’ve joined, you can log in to your account and access your resources straight away.

All downloads are available from your account hub whenever you need them.

When will my membership renew?

Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date you join.

At the end of your term, your membership will renew annually unless cancelled.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account.

Your access will continue until the end of your current 12-month period, and you won’t be charged again.

Can multiple teachers use my account?

Teacher Membership is for individual use. We trust teachers to use it in good faith.

For whole-school access, our School Membership has you covered.
