Membership & Fair Use Terms

Welcome to Little Moose Education. Our memberships give teachers and schools convenient access to a growing library of digital topic packs designed to save time, support high-quality teaching, and keep learning engaging. To ensure fair access for every member — and to protect the work behind each resource — please review the terms below.

 

1. Membership Types

Teacher Membership (Monthly – 12-Month Minimum Commitment)

  • The monthly membership runs for a minimum period of 12 months.
  • After the initial 12-month period, the subscription automatically continues on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.
  • Members can download digital topic packs included in their membership for use in their own classroom.

 

Teacher Membership (Annual – Two Months Free)

  • The annual plan is prepaid for 12 months and includes two months free compared to the monthly rate.
  • The membership automatically renews annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.

 

School Membership (Annual)

  • School memberships provide access for the purchasing school only.
  • Access is limited to staff employed by the purchasing school.
  • School Memberships are billed annually via invoice.
  • The invoice will be sent 30 days prior to the renewal date. 

 

2. Digital Resource Access

  • Members can access their downloadable resources from their Membership Library (customer account download area).
  • Downloads are for the member’s own classroom or school, depending on the membership type.
  • Digital topic packs may include download limits, bandwidth limits, or IP protections to prevent misuse or unauthorised sharing.

 

3. Fair Use Policy

Our fair use policy helps ensure every member enjoys smooth access and protects the integrity of our digital resources.


Members agree to:

  • Download resources as needed for teaching, not in excessive or unusual volumes.
  • Avoid attempting to mass-download the full library or large numbers of files in a short time.
  • Avoid sharing login details, files, or downloads with anyone outside their own classroom (Teacher Membership) or school staff (School Membership).
  • Use resources only for educational use within their school or classroom setting.

 

If suspicious or excessive activity is detected (e.g., unusually high-volume downloads, multiple IP addresses, or attempted bulk extraction), Little Moose Education reserves the right to pause membership access while reviewing the activity.

 

4. Licensing & Copyright

All Little Moose Education resources are protected by copyright. Membership grants permission to use, not ownership of, the materials.


Members may not:

  • Re-share, resell, re-upload, or distribute resources.
  • Use resources for commercial purposes.
  • Share membership access with other schools, tutors, parents, or external organisations.

 

5. Cancellations & Renewals

Teacher Membership — Monthly (12-Month Minimum)

  • Cannot be cancelled during the first 12 months.
  • After the initial term, cancellations may be made at any time and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

 

Teacher Membership — Annual

  • Can be cancelled before renewal.
  • No partial refunds are given for unused months.

 

School Memberships

  • Can be cancelled before the annual renewal date.
  • Invoices include renewal information for school administrators.

 

6. Account Access & Security

  • Members are responsible for safeguarding their login details.
  • If unauthorised access is suspected, members should notify Little Moose Education immediately.
  • Little Moose Education may temporarily restrict access to protect account integrity.

 

7. Changes to Membership Terms

Membership terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in platform features, pricing, fair use expectations, or security enhancements. Any significant updates will be communicated via email or displayed on our website.
