1. Introduction

Welcome to Little Moose Education. By purchasing and downloading our digital resources, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

2. Digital Products

All resources are supplied as digital downloads. No physical products are shipped. You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct software to open and use the files (e.g. PDF reader, PowerPoint, or Canva access where relevant).

 

3. Usage Rights

Our resources are licensed for personal classroom use only.

You may:

• Use the resources with your own class or within your school.
• Print or project copies for pupils.

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the files in any form.
• Upload the resources to public websites or shared drives outside your own school.

 

4. Refunds

As digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided if a file is faulty or corrupted (see our Refund Policy for details).

 

5. Intellectual Property

All resources are the intellectual property of Little Moose Education. By purchasing, you obtain a licence to use the materials, but ownership and copyright remain with us.

 

6. Liability

We take care to ensure our resources are accurate, curriculum-aligned, and classroom-ready. However, we are not liable for how they are used or for any loss arising from use of the resources.
