Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once your order is completed, you will receive immediate access to the files, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

The only exception is if a file is faulty or corrupted. In that case, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@littlemose.education, and we will provide a working version of the resource or a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
